Well, now I can tell you. I bought one a couple of weeks ago and my overall first impression is WOW! One of the coolest things has to be the touch screen. I'm just starting to check out all the features and third party applications. I'll post more as I learn more! The first state wide survey of dietitians and use of PDAs has been accepted for publication by the Journal of Allied Health. Each year at ADA's Food &amp;amp; Nutrition Conference and Expo, there are opportunities to learn about how technology impacts the dietetics profession. If you were lucky enough (as Peggy and I were) to attend the show in Philly this year, you would have had many choices. From the opening session on embracing change (technology is part of that change, of course), to open discussions on Electronic Health Records and a Nutrition Informatics DPG, to the fantastic lecture "Thriving in a Virtual Business Landscape," to the dozens of high-tech products and services shown at Product Marketplace and the Exhibits... there was something for everyone.
